Take Care Specialized Support Services is a Black-owned provider based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, delivering individualized residential and community-based supports to children, youth, adults, and seniors. We provide flexible, person-centered services for individuals with a wide range of support needs, including developmental disabilities, complex behavioural needs, and those requiring enhanced staffing or specialized care. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with individuals, families, and community partners to promote independence, inclusion, safety, and overall well-being.
